Please contact us for rate information. Rates vary with length of stay, and number of people. We also offer monthly specials, so be sure to ask us about them!

Please Note:

  • Peak season cancellations must be made 30 days in advance of stay for full refund on deposit
  • Room cancellations must be made 30 days in advance of stay for full refund on deposit. $40.00 administration fee applies on all cancellations.
  • Check in is 5 pm. Check out is 12 noon.
  • 1st night's deposit is taken at the time of reservation and guarantees the entire stay. Up to a 25% deposit is taken for summer reservations.
  • Peak Season: Minimum 3-night stay in Villa, HarborView & Penthouse Rooms (some exceptions)
  • Minimum 3-night stay in Grand Suite (some exceptions)
  • Prices above do not include 12% City tax
  • We do not allow pets
  • Rooms are non-smoking
  • All major credit cards are accepted
  • Balance due upon arrival

  • The Inn is not wheelchair accessible. If a guest has difficulty walking up or down stairs, please check with us to see if it will be a problem. Since we are located on the beach, there are about 40 stairs to our property, and about 50 stairs to the "Grand Suite."
  • We are located on the City bus line. It is about a $3 to $4 cab ride to downtown or about a 20 to 25 minute walk. Rental cars are widely available.
