Policies for Our Juneau AK Lodging

• Check in is 5 pm. Check out is 12 noon.
• Cancellation or change notice required. Please tell us of any possible changes or cancellations ASAP, as it is difficult to rebook space once it has been taken. Travel insurance is strongly suggested (available on the web or from your local agent, and may cover a variety of maladies from illness, death, transportation, employment, natural disasters or other issues). We are a small, five-room inn (with two off-site condos) thus cancellations greatly impact us.
• Cancellation/change notice must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to arrival (90 days if reserving the entire resort) and will incur a 25% cancellation fee of entire booking (including tours/packages.) Total reservation amounts, including tours and services, are non-refundable if cancellation notice is received less than 30 days prior to date of arrival. By making the reservation, you agree to these terms. Trip insurance is recommended.
• For tours, massages, services such as photography or other requested arrangements made on your behalf have the same cancellation notice and time requirements. Some tours and services reserved (like photography) may have a cancellation fee greater than 25% which you will be advised of at time of reservation.
• If a pre-booked tour or charter is weather- or mechanical- cancelled or the tour operator otherwise must cancel, a refund will be provided. Trip planning fees are non-refundable.
• Wedding Cancellation Policy: There is a non-refundable $500 wedding deposit. Minimum of 50% forfeited if cancelled beyond 60 days prior to wedding. No refund if cancelled within 60 days prior to wedding. Changes are a $50 per change per vendor (i.e., if we change the time of the wedding after it's been confirmed, we have to notify the driver, photographer, florist, tent rental company, etc., which would be 4 vendors x $50 = $200.)
• 1st night's deposit is taken at the time of reservation and guarantees the entire stay. Up to a 25% deposit is taken for summer reservations.
• Peak Season: Minimum 3-night stay in Villa, Harbor View & Penthouse Rooms (some exceptions).
• Minimum 3-night stay in Grand Suite (some exceptions).
• Prices above do not include 12% City tax.
• We do not provide a full breakfast. However, we do provide oatmeal and snacks in every room as well as a small refrigerator, coffee pot and grinder, toaster, and microwave.
• We do not allow pets.
• Rooms are non-smoking.
• All major credit cards are accepted.
• Balance due upon arrival.
• Business rates are available.
• The Inn is not wheelchair accessible. If a guest has difficulty walking up or down stairs, please check with us to see if it will be a problem. Since we are located on the beach, there are about 40 stairs to our property, and about 50 stairs to the Grand Suite.
• We are located on the City bus line. It is about a $3 to $4 cab ride to downtown or about a 20 to 25 minute walk. Rental cars are widely available.
